Segment Groups are a powerful feature that can be used for grouping parts of a single or multiple networks together for reporting purposes. To define Segment Groups, go to the Manage menu and select Segment Groups. The image below shows the key features of the Segment Groups definition page. Details of the Excel template you need to create when defining Segment Groups can be found in this post.

Note specifically the area highlighted in the red dashed box at the bottom of the page. This is the area where you can select a new Segment Group definition template. The group category allows you to create different Segment Groups and then in turn group the Segment Groups together into categories. For more about this topic, please see this post.
