The template you need to complete when you define Segment Groups is shown in the image below. Please take note of the following:
- To obtain an electronic copy of the template, go to the Segment Groups definition page and click on the Download data as Excel Definitions Template button. You can use this button to export a template even when you do not have any existing Segment Groups defined.
- If you want to group your Segment Groups into Categories, as explained in this post, you will need to prepare a Segment Group definitions template for each group Category and then upload and import these files separately.
- Note that when you export the segment group definitions template, a column is added at the end to show the category that the groups belong in. Note that this column is only for information, and will be ignored when you import the segment groups definitions from the prepared template.
