The Scatter Plot View can be found under the Analyse menu.
There are a number of views available in JunoViewer Web in which you can generate a Scatter Plot to analyse a specific Data Parameter for a specific section or segment of your network (e.g. Section Analysis, Segment Analysis, etc.); however, the only view which allows you to also select and plot specific measurement dates is the Scatter Plot View.
In the Scatter Plot View you can plot data from any number of the available survey dates, allowing you to compare data, for example, before and after a rehabilitation (even if the rehabilitation occurred several surveys ago). In contrast, the Section and Segment Analysis Views automatically plot data from the two latest surveys.

Note: the coloured parameter ranges can be set up and edited on the Data Parameter Defaults page in the Settings menu.
