The concept of Data Parameters is vital to properly setting up your JunoViewer account so that your data will be displayed as you want to see it. A Data Parameter is basically a shortcut that points JunoViewer to a specific table and column in your database. To manage Data Parameters in JunoViewer Web, go to the Manage menu, and select Data Parameters. Apart from defining which table and column your data parameter points to, you can also define a typical display range that needs to be used when drawing reports for that parameter. For example, if you define a parameter called "Rut in LWP" that points to the "lwpRut" column in the "rutting" table, then you can define the typical axis range for that parameter as being 0 to 25 mm, with a preferred increment of 5 mm. You can also define interpretation colour ranges associated with that parameter, so that the data can be colour coded in terms of good, fair, poor, etc. It is important to note that data parameters are defined for an entire account (i.e. database). This means that if the administrator modifies for example the interpretation colour ranges on a data parameter, then all users will instantly see those changes in their reports and data exports. Because of these changes affecting the entire account, only users with Administrator permissions will be able to make these changes. The image below shows the key aspects involved in defining your data parameters:
