If you upload a Forward Works Programme (FWP) with treatments to JunoViewer Web, JunoViewer will not store any treatment columns after the last treatment year. So even if you import treatment columns up to say 2025, if your last treatment is in 2022, then only treatments up to 2022 will be exported.

If, however, there is a Deterioration Model Setup (DMS) file associated with the FWP (i.e. a Forecast Model has been run), the Termination Year specified in the DMS file will determine the last year shown in the FWP.

Example:
  • A new FWP is uploaded to JunoViewer with treat_ columns for years 2015 - 2025, however containing only treatments in years 2015 - 2020. Initially the FWP will be exported showing only years 2015 - 2020.
  • A Forecast Model is consequently run on the FWP, where the Termination Year is set to 2025.The FWP will be exported showing years 2015 - 2025 (regardless of whether or not there are treatments in the last five years).
  • A Forecast Model is again run on the FWP with a Termination Year of 2018.The FWP will be exported showing years 2015 - 2018 (despite the fact there are treatments in 2019 and 2020).

If your FWP is not exporting the desired treatment years, follow the steps below:

1. Download the DMS file from JunoViewer to your computer.
2. Edit the termination year in Excel and save it with the same file name.
3. Re-upload the DMS file to JunoViewer.
4. Export your FWP.

Note, if the DMS file is saved and re-uploaded with the existing file name you will not need to re-add the model setup or re-run your forecast model. While exporting the FWP, JunoViewer will look for the termination year in the DMS file regardless of whether the model is run or not.
