Some of the functionality in JunoViewer Web require that you upload data to your account folder. For example, if you have data in an Excel spreadsheet and you want to import this data into one of your database tables, you will be prompted at some stage to select the file from which to import the data. When prompting you to select an uploaded file, JunoViewer Web looks inside your account's data folder and provides you with a list of files that have already been uploaded.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to always ensure you keep copies of important files that you have uploaded. If someone on your team accidentally deletes or replaces an important file, it may not be possible to retrieve that file. So please keep copies of the important files that you have uploaded!

To upload a file to your account folder, you need to have Administrator or Data Manager permissions. If you can access the Data Uploads page, you are presumed to be a power user who understands the implications of uploading to and/or deleting files from your accounts folder.

To upload a file to your account folder, you can go to the Manage menu, and select Upload/Download Data. The page shown in the image below will be shown. If you do not see this item under the Manage menu, it means you do not have permission to visit this page.

Please be very careful when uploading files, to ensure that you do not overwrite existing files in your data folder. If you upload a file that has a name that already exists in your uploads folder, that file will be overwritten without prompting you. So be especially careful when uploading Deterioration Model setup files, to ensure you do not accidentally overwrite an existing model setup file.

Another way to upload data is by using the shortcut menu under your login profile, like this:
