This error may occur if your query template file (Excel template) does not have valid dates in the date fields, or if the date fields contain empty cells. To correct this error, please check your query template by filtering on the date columns and checking for empty cells or invalid dates. Also note that generally, JunoViewer prefers that your dates are formatted like this: "04-Dec-2004".

More background information:

When you are using some of the JunoViewer Web Tools such as the Deterioration Rate calculator, you have to prepare and provide your query set to JunoViewer in the form of an Excel template. Depending on which tool you are using, the query template may ask you to complete columns that contain the date range or start date to consider for the data query. For example, in the case of the template for the Deterioration Rate calculation tool, you need to provide - for each query - a start and end date within which data should be extracted.

If your Excel query template contains some invalid dates or empty cells, then an error may occur which will be reported by the browser in the form of an alert pop-up. In the pop-up you will see toward the top: "Details: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime".

To correct this error, simply check your Excel query template and replace any invalid dates or empty cells with valid date values in the format "04-Dec-2004"
