Generally, planned projects are contained in your Forward Works Programme (FWP), however after the work is completed and the FWP rolls over to next year there is a risk the project data will be lost. The Completed Projects table in JunoViewer enables you to store, view, analyse, and run reports on your projects long after they have been completed. In addition, you can import supporting files associated with a project, for example as-built drawings, design reports, and quality checks. (Note: the word 'Projects' is synonymous with what is elsewhere in JunoViewer referred to as Treatments or Works.)
Completed Projects are imported and viewed in the Projects page under the Data menu. The image below contains further details
Important Notes:
- Similar to the FWP, there a number of columns in the Complete Project table which are common across all JunoViewer accounts (location, etc.). We can, however, customise the remaining columns as per your account requirements, with the added flexibility for you to populate information columns (info_) as in the FWP.
- When running a report on multiple projects, a batch reporting functionality is available where the individual reports are compiled in a folder, compressed, and available for download from your My Running Processes page. Reports run for individual projects will download directly in the browser.
- As a data security measure you cannot delete projects after they are imported into JunoViewer. Please contact Lonrix Support if you need projects to be removed or replaced. If you would like for users in your account to delete projects, we are happy to discuss a minor customisation to the default functionality with you.
- Further to the above point, and as noted on the page, importing project data always appends to the Completed Projects table, it does not replace existing projects.
