If you require all the Forward Work Programmes (FWP) for your networks to be formatted with the same information columns, you will find the Required Info Column feature in JunoViewer Web very helpful.
The feature allows you to set specific columns that all FWPs uploaded to the networks within your account will be required to contain. For example, if your deterioration model or field inspection process requires specific fields to be present in your FWP, the feature will alert JunoViewer users on your account if any of the required columns are missing during import.
How it works:
Your system administrator liaises with us to provide a list of the required column header names. We will add these as a setup on our administration database.
If a user on the account tries to import a FWP without one or more of these required columns, they will be alerted. By correcting the problem at the import stage, you can avoid costly errors and frustrations at a later stage (e.g. when performing model runs or field inspections).
Note, in addition to those specified, the FWP may also contain other columns.
